Note on the use of colour figures

The journals are printed with black ink only. Any colour figures will appear in colour in the online journal but will be converted to greyscale for printing. References to colour should therefore be removed.

If your colour figures cannot be properly interpreted when the paper is converted to greyscale, or if references to colour in figures are necessary for the understanding of the paper, then you may be charged for the cost of printing in colour.

If you have further questions, please email production@lms.ac.uk.
