The aim of this Research School was to provide PhD students with knowledge and training on basic tools needed to study statistical properties of dynamical systems. Students were not assumed to have any knowledge in the subject. In the first two days the lectures were aimed at general background and tools needed in the area. More advanced topics which are related to current advances in the area appeared on the 3rd day of the school. Thus, the school was be a perfect opportunity for both first year PhD students and for advanced PhD students in dynamical systems.
