The Society Statutes allow for members to cast votes by proxy if they so wish.
A form for this purpose is below.

Proxy Appointment Form (PDF)
Members should note that this form has been prepared for convenience only. There is no requirement to use this form to appoint a proxy. Any proxy appointment for a General Meeting must meet the requirements of Statute 25.
There is no requirement to inform the Society of the appointment of a proxy in advance of the General Meeting, however in the interests of the effective conduct of the General Meeting members are asked to inform the Society of the appointment of a proxy to firstname.lastname@example.org at least three working days in advance of the meeting.
In the event that a member wishes to withdraw a proxy appointment they should inform email@example.com.
