TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The London Mathematical Society service is supplied on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
Tables of contents and abstracts of articles may be accessed free of charge by all users of the LMS JCM.
The full texts of journal articles (referred to below as 'the Materials', and comprising everything except the table of contents and abstract) may currently be accessed by anyone, without charge, subject to acceptance of our copyright conditions.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The papers published by the LMS JCM, together with their attached appendices and files, are copyright of the authors, and are available through the LMS JCM under non-exclusive licence.
Users undertake to ensure that the intellectual property rights of the copyright holder and the software owners, and the moral rights of the authors of the Materials, are not infringed.
Users may access, search, view and make single printed copies of individual articles for personal use only. They may make electronic or paper copies for for their own use, and paper copies for immediate research colleagues and classes that they teach. They must not sell copies, or make the Material publicly available, on the web or elsewhere.
